70's Orange Secretary DressThis darling 1970's dress features elastic waist and two waist ties. When bought I was told this dress was worn to a wedding by the sister of the bride. Bust: 42" max Waist: Unstretched 28" Stretched 36" Hips: Free, will fit most who fit above measurements. Length: 27" waist to hem. Flaws: One belt loop is broken, otherwise flawless.
