Flutter Sleeve Shirtwaist Dress in Blue, Black & White Stripe & White (Reworked)For the newest dress style for our Made X Reworked line, were sourcing mens shirts from a local social justice thrift store, Thrift2Fight, and breathing new life into them. Each design is slightly different and of course starts with a different shirt. This one combines a mens blue striped button down shirt with white cotton shirting for a full skirted shirtwaist shirtdress with a V yoke line and hemline. The white flutter sleeves blend into the skirt.
